
Information for Visitors
• Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket. Entry will not be permitted before your designated admission time. We kindly ask for your cooperation in avoiding inconvenience to neighboring properties and pedestrians.
• If you are delayed due to unavoidable circumstances, such as disruptions to public transportation, please follow the instructions of the event staff upon arrival, as accommodations may vary depending on the situation.
• Last admission is 30 minutes before closing time.
• This exhibition does not operate on a timed rotation system. If the venue becomes excessively crowded due to visitor volume, admission restrictions may be implemented. Please note that you may be asked to wait before entering.
• Re-entry is not permitted once you have exited the venue.
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire facility premises. There are no designated smoking areas.
• Due to the structure of the venue, admission with strollers or wheelchairs is not permitted.
• For safety reasons and to help maintain the exhibition environment, preschool-aged children are not permitted to enter.
• Visitors may be required to wait outdoors before admission. Please make any necessary preparations for weather and climate conditions.
• For security purposes, bags and personal belongings may be subject to inspection upon entry. To protect the exhibits and ensure the safe operation of the event, the following items are not permitted inside the venue. Please use station lockers or nearby coin lockers if necessary.
Prohibited Items
Suitcases, rolling luggage, carts, and other wheeled items, as well as large bags or luggage
Flammable materials, strong-smelling items, fresh flowers, and other perishable goods
Umbrellas, selfie sticks, imitation swords, and other long objects
Plastic bottles, water bottles, and food or beverages of any kind
Exception: Items that can be completely stored inside a personal bag before entry.
Please note that umbrellas are not allowed inside the exhibition area. Dedicated umbrella stands are available outside the venue.
In addition to the above, staff may ask visitors to remove or store any item deemed dangerous or disruptive to other guests.
• Pets are not permitted inside the venue.
• The exhibition may be canceled without prior notice due to natural disasters, epidemics, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances. Portions of the exhibition content may also be changed without notice.
• By entering the venue, visitors are deemed to have agreed to these guidelines and must follow all instructions given by staff. Any behavior that interferes with the enjoyment of other visitors is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry, invalidation of tickets, or removal from the venue. The organizers assume no responsibility for accidents or incidents resulting from failure to follow staff instructions.
Exhibition Viewing Guidelines
• Visitors may move freely throughout the exhibition areas except in restricted zones designated by the organizers. However, movement within the exhibition space may be temporarily restricted during periods of heavy congestion.
• Depending on crowd conditions in admission lines or within the venue, staff may ask visitors to take turns viewing exhibits.
• Please do not touch any exhibits, decorations, display cases, or exhibition fixtures.
• Photography is permitted; however, the following are prohibited:
Close-up photography of artworks
Flash photography
Use of selfie sticks, tripods, or other photographic support equipment
Video recording is prohibited throughout all areas of the venue.
Photography restrictions may be implemented without prior notice during periods of congestion to protect the artworks and ensure visitor safety.
If other visitors appear in your photographs, please handle and share such images responsibly.
Photographs taken at the venue are for personal use only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited.
• Audio recording, sketching, note-taking, and similar activities are prohibited, as they may interfere with other visitors' viewing experience.
• Please set mobile phones to silent mode and refrain from making phone calls inside the venue.
• Eating, drinking (including candy and chewing gum), and smoking are prohibited within the venue. Plastic bottles, water bottles, and other food or beverages must be stored inside a bag before entry.
• There are no restrooms within the exhibition area. Once admitted, visitors may not leave and re-enter the venue. Please use the restroom before entering and allow sufficient time for your visit.
• The organizers accept no responsibility for theft, loss, misplaced items, or unattended belongings. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
• Media coverage may take place during the exhibition period. Photographs and video recordings taken at the venue may be published or broadcast through media outlets and social media channels.
• If you feel unwell or are injured while visiting the exhibition, please notify a member of staff immediately.
• The organizers accept no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from failure to comply with these rules.
