Applying Prints onto Aluminum Composite Panels
Thin gravure paper is used for gravure printing. To prevent folding and tearing, the prints were applied to aluminum composite panels in the process of creating these works.
Decorative Box
We asked Takeo Co., Ltd. to make colorful original boxes to store the works. They produced box parts of different color combinations using Fine Flute, a corrugated cardboard that allows them to specify the color of the three layers of the front, middle, and back. In addition, they made the envelopes used to store the sales certificates in 12 different colors. The tacks used to fasten the boxes were also made in several colors, which were randomly combined.
Includes title card and booklet
The product includes a card inscribed with the title, Tanaami!! Akatsuka!! / Revolver, as well as a booklet containing commentary (Japanese and English) by art critic Yuji Yamashita.
