
Regarding Your Visit
・Please arrive at the venue at the entry time indicated on your ticket. You will not be admitted before the designated time. Kindly avoid causing inconvenience to nearby facilities or residents.
・Entry is permitted within the time slot wrote on your ticket. If you arrive late, you may be denied entry. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
・If you are delayed due to unavoidable circumstances such as public transportation disruptions, please follow the instructions of the staff on the day, as responses may vary depending on the situation.
・Final admission is 30 minutes before closing time.
・This exhibition does not operate on a capacity rotation system. If the venue becomes overcrowded, entry restrictions may be implemented. Please be aware that you may be asked to wait.
・ Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the venue.
・Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the premises. There are no designated smoking areas.
・If you require a wheelchair or have physical disabilities, staff may ask surrounding visitors to make accommodations.
・While waiting to enter, you may be required to wait outdoors. Please prepare accordingly for weather and temperature conditions.
・Infants are welcome, but strollers are not allowed inside the venue. Strollers will be stored at the cloakroom.
・Your belongings may be inspected upon entry. To protect the exhibits and ensure safety, the following items are prohibited inside the venue. Please use coin lockers at nearby stations if necessary:
※ Umbrellas are not allowed in the exhibition area. Please use the designated umbrella stand located outdoors.
※ Staff may approach you regarding any items deemed dangerous or disruptive to other visitors.
・Pets are not allowed inside the venue.
・The exhibition may be canceled suddenly due to natural disasters, epidemics, or unforeseen accidents. Additionally, some exhibit contents may change without prior notice.
・Please read all guidelines before visiting and follow staff instructions. Any behavior that disturbs other visitors is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may result in ticket invalidation and denial of entry or removal from the venue. The organizer is not responsible for any accidents resulting from failure to follow staff instructions.
Regarding Your Viewing Experience
・You may move freely within the exhibition area except for restricted zones designated by the organizer. However, movement may be temporarily restricted during peak times.
・Staff may ask visitors to take turns viewing exhibits depending on crowd conditions.
・Do not touch any exhibits, decorations (including walls), or display cases.
・Photography is permitted only for certain exhibits and only with mobile phones, smartphones, or tablets.
Use of cameras (DSLRs, compact cameras), flash photography, selfie sticks, tripods, or other equipment is prohibited. Video recording is not allowed in any area.
※ Photography may be restricted without prior notice during crowded times for safety and preservation reasons.
※ Please be mindful of other visitors appearing in your photos.
※ Photos may only be used for personal purposes. Commercial use is strictly prohibited.
・To prevent unauthorized recording or surveillance, please refrain from holding electronic devices such as smartphones or tablets unless you are actively using them for permitted photography.
・Audio recording, sketching, or note-taking inside the venue is prohibited as it may disturb other visitors.
・Please set your mobile phone to silent mode and refrain from making calls inside the venue.
・Eating, drinking (including candy or gum), and smoking are prohibited inside the exhibition area. Please store any beverages in your bag before entry.
・There are no restrooms inside the exhibition area. Once you enter, you cannot leave temporarily. Please use the restroom beforehand and allow sufficient time.
・The organizer is not responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement of personal belongings. Please manage your valuables carefully.
・Media coverage may occur during the exhibition period. Photos or recordings taken inside the venue may be published or broadcast on media platforms or social media.
・If you feel unwell or are injured inside the venue, please notify nearby staff or security personnel.
